GEN-Z CIVIC SPACE ACTORS (CSA) INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2025/2026 COHORT

Empowering the Next Generation of Change-Makers in Northern Ghana

Are you a passionate young graduate ready to move from theory to tangible impact? Simba Ghana is excited to announce the call for applications for the second cohort of its groundbreaking GEN-Z Civic Space Actors (CSA) Internship Program. This is a fully funded, intensive 9-month professional immersion designed to equip you with the advanced skills, networks, and experience to drive accountability, influence policy, and lead social change in your community.

About the Program

The GEN-Z CSA Internship is a pioneering initiative that bridges the gap between academic knowledge and real-world civic leadership. We embed young graduates in active projects, providing hands-on experience in research, advocacy, social mobilization, and the use of technology for governance. Our 2024 pilot cohort achieved a 100% skills enhancement rate, with 100% of interns securing full-time roles in civil society organizations (CSOs) and other disciplines.
