Simba Ghana Taking Action Strategic Plan 2024–2028
We are proud to unveil Simba Ghana’s Strategic Plan for 2024–2028 a bold and inclusive roadmap designed to consolidate our progress and scale our impact across Ghana.
Over the next five years, Simba Ghana will focus on five Strategic Priorities:
- Amplify voices of young people, women, and girls in governance and public service delivery.
- Enhance quality of life through capacity-building, volunteerism, and livelihood skills.
- Promote social cohesion and address vulnerabilities to violent extremism.
- Improve literacy outcomes across underserved communities in the Northern region.
- Increase visibility and influence in regional and national policy spaces.
Our Approach (CoCRA):
We will use a dynamic blend of Convening, Capacity-Building, Research, and Advocacy to drive change and create safe, empowering spaces for youth and women.
Key Highlights:
- Expansion into the North-East and Savannah Regions
- Inclusion of children and persons with disabilities (PWDs) as core constituents
- Strategic focus on climate action, peacebuilding, and literacy improvement
- Strong commitment to volunteerism and international partnerships
- Growth through local fundraising and collaborations
Vision: A just, prosperous, and sustainable Africa where young people can thrive and succeed.
Mission: To empower young people, women, and girls through capacity enhancement and awareness to become active citizens and changemakers.
